  • Shipping Time / Delivery Time
    We make our best efforts to ship your order within one day of the order. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours. In some case of customization or item unavailability, it can take more than usual time. We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY Orders placed after 2.00 PM will be processed on the next day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Though we can guarantee a Delivery time of 2-5 working days (excluding saturday and sunday) to metro cities and 4-7 Working Days to rest of India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable. Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

    Once your order is dispatched, Tracking number will be updated on your order id. We ship through reputed courier companies including DTDC , Trackon, Tirupati, Maruti Courier and others to ensure safe and fast delivery.
  • What is the warranty of the Camera, Headlight or Other Products ?
    All types of Cameras, Light Source, Cautery, Insufflators, Headlight, Recorders has 1 year warranty. Rigid Endoscopes and Laparoscopic and Urology Hand Instruments does not have any warranty.
  • How to avail warranty or services ?
    Being a manufacturer, we always have team of trained technician and spare parts ready to replace it and send back to customer without any hassle or unnecessary charges. To avail the warranty, Customer can contact us on +91 7217838586 and send the product to below address: ESC Medicams, 157, Old Lajpat Rai Market, Chandni Chowk Delhi-110006, India. Ph: +91 7217838586 It will be repaired and send it back to customer. Usually it takes 1-3 working days after we receive the product, to repair and dispatch it back. Repair time can vary depending on the type of product and fault. In certain cases, repair time can be more than 4 days. Kindly note, we do not send anyone at customer's site to provide service or warranty.
  • Warranty on Rigid Endoscopes
    Rigid Endoscopes are not covered under any type of warranty. It is non-returnable or non-exchangeable. It has warranty against transportation damage upto 24 hours from the date of delivery. If you discover the damage once you open the parcel or have any quality related concern, please report it to us within 24 hours of the delivery of the product through whatsapp (+917217838586) or email (info@escmedicams.com) describing the damage along with images of the product received. If damage of received parcel or quality or image issue is reported after 24 hours, it will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Warranty on Laparoscopy and Urology Hand Instruments
    Hand Instruments for Laparoscopy and Urology are not covered under any type of warranty. It is Returnable upto 7 days from the date of delivery. You may inform and return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, full amount will be refunded. After 7 days, hand instruments will not be returned or will not be provided with any warranty or service related to functioning of instruments. If you discover the damage once you open the parcel, please report it to us within 24 hours of the delivery of the product through whatsapp (+917217838586) or email (info@escmedicams.com) describing the damage along with images of the product received. If damage of received parcel informed after 24 hours, it will not be accepted.
  • Product received damaged upon arrival
    If you discover the damage once you open the parcel, please report the damage to us within 24 hours of the delivery of the product through whatsapp (+917217838586) or email (info@escmedicams.com) describing the damage along with images of the product received. If damage of received parcel is reported after 24 hours, it will not be accepted.
  • If product is out of warranty, will it be repairable ?"
    Yes. Even after warranty period, We keep the spare parts in hand to provide the service to our customer. Our responisbility does not ends with the warranty period. We don't come with an excuse that "product is out of life" or "company stopped its production". At very minimal cost, we make sure that we provide the solution to our customers.
  • Return Policy
    Applicable products are returnable within the 10 Days from the date of delivery if it has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page or if does not have satisfactory quality. Return will be processed only if: it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Note; All Endoscopes are non-returnable. If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 1 day from the delivery of the product. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will issue 100% refund. In case we find that the returned Products does not meet the criteria mentioned under this Policy, we reserve the right to reject the return Products and refuse refunds in relation thereof. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
  • Refund Policy
    Once return request is approved and processed, customer can ship the product to us. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will issue 100% refund. Refund is initiated within 2-3 business days post successful receipt of your product. It would take 3-5 working days post initiation from our end for the refund to reflect in your bank account/credit card statement.
  • How to make the payment ?

  • If i call directly, can we get Discount on the mentioned prices
